Whispering Springs is a 31-acre residential infill community in which Schuck developed 93 single-family home sites that were sold to several home builders including a sale of acreage to a new Charter School.

As consistent with Schuck’s long term commitment to education reform and school choice, Whispering Springs included a new site for a very successful, locally operated charter school, made possible by unusually strong cooperation between the school and the developer.
