Brock Chapman has spent most of his 35-year career acquiring, planning, entitling and developing numerous master-planned residential communities, mixed-use commercial projects, and industrial business parks. Brock has worked in executive, management and consulting roles with leading real estate development and homebuilding companies.

He holds an M.B.A., a B.A. in Economics, and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development Finance. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and Urban Land Institute.
