Eric is a Registered Professional Engineer in both Colorado and California but has spent most of his 30-year career in Colorado designing, developing, and building neighborhood and regional retail shopping centers, master planned developments and residential communities throughout the Front Range. Eric specializes in site assessment, due diligence, feasibility, infrastructure and building design, entitlements, and horizontal and vertical development and construction. Eric’s accomplishments include Marketplace at Briargate, Falcon Highlands, Shops at Quail Creek, North Gate Village, Crossroad Commons, Kent Place, 9+CO, Fronterra Village, Second Creek Farm, Anthem, Inspiration, Stonegate, Balfour Senior Living of Littleton and Amira Senior Living of Arvada.

Eric has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a 15-year Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the Town of Columbine Valley which is where he lives with his wife Amy and their two children. Eric is an avid skier and devoted baseball fan.
