Gateway Park is a fully completed, mixed use Schuck project of over 1,200 acres within the limits of the City of Colorado Springs, including retail, office, industrial, and residential developments.

Within Gateway Park itself, Schuck built over 200,000 square feet of office and flex space in employment parks called Airport Place and Foster Tech Center. Bisecting Gateway Park is US Highway 24 bypass (Fountain Boulevard), the landscaping for which received the first Lady Bird Johnson Highway Beautification Award.
